Forthcoming Coaching Courses 2010

Dates have been set for two Coaching Courses for Level One and Level Two to be held at the National Ice Centre in Dumfries.
L1 and L2 Coaching Course fees have now been increased to £100 for Level One and £125 for Level Two.

Level 2 will be held on the same weekend as the national training weekend 30th and 31st October at Dumfries Ice Bowl.
Times: Saturday         9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
           Sunday            9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
           Cost £125
           Closing date for applications to Level 2 – Saturday 2nd October 2010

Level 1 will be held on the same weekend as the national training weekend 27th and 28th November at Dumfries Ice Bowl.

           Sunday            9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Application forms are available on the website www.scottishicehockey.net at downloads for coaching. The completed form along with the fee, two passport size photographs and a stamped self-addressed envelope should be sent to: Katie Ferguson, SIH CP, Dumfries Ice Bowl, King Street, Dumfries, DG2 9AN to arrive at least four weeks before the course commences.

Late applications will not be accepted and coaches who fail to turn up for any course will forfeit the fee.

Coaches attending the course should bring the following items:
·      Notebook, pen or pencil, whistle, whiteboard marker
·      Laptop or notebook computer if possible
·      On-ice equipment for practice session (minimum – skates, gloves, stick)
