Level One Coaching Course

This is a final reminder about the Level 1 Course to be held on the same weekend as the national training weekend 26th and 27th March at DG One and Dumfries Ice Bowl.
Approximate Times:    Saturday    9.00 am to 5.00 pm
            Sunday    9.00 am to 4.00 pm
   Cost £100
The closing date for applications has been extended until Friday 11th March 2011
Application forms are available on the website www.scottishicehockey.net at downloads for coaching. The completed form along with the fee, two passport size photographs and a stamped self-addressed envelope should be sent to: Katie Ferguson, SIH CP, Dumfries Ice Bowl, King Street, Dumfries, DG2 9AN to arrive at least four weeks before the course commences.
Coaches who fail to turn up for any course will forfeit the fee.
Coaches attending the course should bring the following items:
•   Notebook, pen or pencil, whistle, whiteboard marker
•   Laptop or notebook computer if possible
•   On-ice equipment for practice session (minimum – skates, gloves, stick)
Please note that there are no hard copy IIHF Manuals now – the manual will be given to coaches on a flash drive.
