60% Rule Clarified

If a player is registered at his own age group and does not play up, i.e. only
plays at his own age group, then that player can play in any competition at
that age group whether or not they have played 60% of the games available to
them.

Any player registered in their own age group who regularly plays up, or is on a
two way contract, must play a minimum 0f 60% of the games in their own age
group to qualify for other competitions, e.g. Scottish Cup, Spring Cup.

Any player regularly playing up and who does not play the minimum of 60% of
the games available to them in their own age group are automatically excluded
from other competitions.

Players signed from other clubs during the season who have played for their
previous club in other competitions, e.g. Scottish Cup, are automatically
excluded.
